Annika and Simon's Wedding Photographs Sneak Peak - Gloucestershire Wedding Photographer, Stone Church and Eastwood Park

I recently photographed the super fun and musical wedding of Annika and Simon at Stone Church and Eastwood Park. You may remember Annika and Simon from their engagement session at Westonbirt Arboretum here. I started the day with Annika getting ready at Simon's Dad's house, it was seriously relaxed, to the point where they were quite concerned that it was so calm :) it was a really nice start to the day. They got married at a lovely Church in the village of Stone where Simon's Mum lives, they have such a cool tradition there where the kids lock the couple into the Church grounds and they have to pay to get out by chucking money over the gate, it was so sweet to come out of the Church and see so many of the local kids waiting :)
We then all went on to Eastwood Park which is set in gorgeous grounds, absolutely stunning views for a barn dance. I love a barn dance as it gets everyone involved and you don't have to know what you're doing, it's really fun for me as well to watch and capture all the laughs. Later on in the evening was when the party really started though and I would say it was hands down the best party atmosphere, mainly due to the band who are Simon's old band Souled Out, who he used to play the saxophone with, Simon played a few songs with the band and it was so much fun, they were all awesome!
Here are some of my favourites from their day:

Annika is from Germany and so her family had flown over for their day

I adored Annika's bouquet

Love this one, so beautiful!

Actual rice! Ow!

This cake was made my Simon's brother and it smelt AMAZING!!

I hope you love them Annika and Simon, looking forward to you seeing the rest on your return! x (ps. who won the sausage off?)
