Gemma and John - Wedding Photographs from Minchinhampton Church and Hatton Court Hotel, Gloucestershire

I've been looking forward to blogging Gemma and John's wedding since I posted their sneak peak up a couple of weeks ago. I had a really great time photographing their wedding and feel a great sense of warmth when I look through them. This is how I felt on their day, all their family and friends had a lot of warmth, Gemma and John themselves are lovely to be around and so I had a great time with them. They got married at Minchinhampton Church, this is the first time I have photographed here and is now in my top two favourite Churchs as it is so airy and bright. The Church backs onto Minchinhampton Common which is where we headed after the ceremony to get a few photographs (stopping for a few in the Church grounds also). We then went onto Hatton Court Hotel which is in Upton St. Leonards in Gloucestershire. I had photographed here once before but in March and it rained the entire time so was great to be able to be outside in their grounds. After their meal (which was served in record time from my experience, well done Hatton Court!) they had a nice chunk of time between the meal and the evening part of the wedding so we took a few more photographs in the late evening light around Hatton Court (including in their overflow carpark, not that you can tell that's what it is from the photographs). They had two guys playing acoustic guitar in Hatton Court's permanant marquee which created a lovely atmosphere and they also played for their first dance. I've picked out quite a few of the couple shots for this post as I liked so many, so here are my favourites:

I started the day at Minchinhampton Church before everyone arrived

Then onto Hatton Court Hotel, they had their meal and speeches in the resturant which looked beautiful (there was a slight butterfly theme which might become apparent)
