Tom and Jess - Engagement Photographs - Cirencester Wedding Photographer

I recently met with Tom and Jess in Bibury, Gloucestershire to shoot their pre wedding photographs. Their wedding reception is to take place in August at The Swan Hotel in Bibury and so they particularly wanted to have their engagement session there also. They will be getting married at Watermoor Church in Cirencester, I'm particularly looking forward to that as I haven't been there since I was a kid and we had our school Christmas carol concerts there :) Bibury is tourist-tastic as it's about as Cotswoldy as it gets so I tried to take them to a few quiet places to get them used to being photographed as well as the more public to get the most out of Bibury's bridges. Both Jess and Tom were a bit freaked out at the beginning of the session so it was really nice to see them both visibly relax in front of me as the session went on, here are some of my favourites:

Donna and Mike - Engagement Photos Cirencester, Gloucestershire Wedding Photographer

I recently had the pleasure of shooting Donna and Mike's pre wedding photos at Cirencester Park. It was sweltering! We found loads of cool spots around the park and had lots of chats along the way. Donna and Mike are getting married at Kingscote Barn next year, I love that they have decided to have their pre wedding photos far ahead of the wedding as it means they will have plenty of time to enjoy them and use them in the wedding itself.

They come from quite far away over in Essex, from a place they say is very different to Cirencester and they both really love the area (hence why they are getting married out here), they really made me realise how lucky I am to live in a place like this and these photos really make me feel proud of my home town. They are also one of my bravest couples, I sensed that they had become quite comfortable so asked if they fancied taking a few photos closer to the town, so we did some just down the road from the park and they were both so great as so many cars decided that this was the best time to drive past and it got quite busy, but they held their nerve and were fantastic! Liz and Mike - Engagement session in Cirencester Park, Cirencester Wedding Photographer

Liz and Mike came to Cirencester for their pre wedding shoot. It was such a hot sunny day, we went into Cirencester Park for the photos which only provided shade on some occassions. They will be getting married at Kingscote Barn this Sepetember which is such a gorgeous venue as it's surrounded by stunning views in every direction, a bit like Cirencester Park, so here's a few of my favourites:
